We then transitioned into the collaborative stage of the project, where we worked with a partner to draw our plan and section for our restoration of the Castello del Volterraio, using collage elements from our photographs and our prints. My partner and I developed a balcony system with shading devices as well as a tower for play that went underground.

The final phase of the project was our final development of a section of our restoration, where we developed our discovery tower and shading devices at 1:4 scale in both plan and section. We used elements of narratives we wrote in both Arabic and English about an interaction in the space as well as collage from previous work.
